You may be here because…
You feel stuck in thoughts or patterns despite your best efforts to move forward.
Stress, anxiety, or overwhelming emotions feel hard to manage.
You keep showing up for others while struggling to make space for your own needs.
Past experiences continue to affect how you see yourself, others, or the world.
You feel disconnected from who you are, what you need, or where you’re headed.
You sense that something needs to change, but aren’t sure where to begin.
Whatever has brought you here, meaningful change often begins with understanding.
Hi, I’m Yvonne
Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can make sense of your experiences and reconnect with yourself.
I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) providing trauma-informed individual counselling to children, youth, and adults across British Columbia. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex trauma and dissociation, including OSDD and DID.
Together, we’ll work toward understanding the patterns that have shaped your life, reconnecting with yourself, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Inclusive & Culturally Responsive Care
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, including Indigenous, immigrant, refugee, BIPOC, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
My aim is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to bring your full experience into the therapy room.
